STAGES:

Early Pregnancy-

• MORNING QUEASIES TEA- Feeling queasy in the mornings? Smells offend you now? Nausea?  This nice tea will help relieve the queasies.  (All Organic) Ingredients: ginger root, spearmint leaf, chamomile, orange peel, lemon balm leaf,  peppermint leaf. 1 tea bag (2.3g) OK TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND/OR BREASTFEEDING.  DO NOT USE if you are allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae/Compositae) family.
• HEARTBURN NO MORE TEA – Feeling the heartburn and irritability? This lovely tea blend will help ease the burning sensation.  (All Organic) Ingredients:  Spearmint Leaf, Organic Marshmallow  Root, Organic Lemon Balm Leaf, Organic Chamomile Flower, Organic Red Raspberry  Leaf.  1 tea bag (2.2g).  OK TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND/OR BREASTFEEDING.  DO NOT USE if you are allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae/Compositae) family.  Third Trimester-

• AWAITING BABY TEA- Time to nurture those mommy parts as baby is getting ready for the world.  This tea is great and delicious for the third trimester mommy. (All Organic) Ingredients:  red raspberry leaf,  stinging nettle leaf, Avena sativa,  spearmint,  rosehips,  chamomile flower, alfalfa leaf.  1 tea bag (2.3g). OK TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND/OR BREASTFEEDING.  DO NOT USE if you are allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae/Compositae) family.

Postpartum-

• LACTATION MAMA, POSTPARTUM BALANCE-  (All organic) Fenugreek, Goat’s Rue, Fennel, Peppermint, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Alfalfa Leaf
• MILKY MOMMY TEA-  Does mommy need a little help producing healthy milk for baby? Try our soothing blend of herbs traditionally used by lactating mothers. (All Organic) Ingredients:  fenugreek seed,  fennel seed,  red raspberry leaf, stinging nettle leaf,  milk thistle seed, orange peel, anise seed,  caraway seed,  alfalfa leaf. NOT FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY
• MILKY NO MORE TEA- Refreshing and delicious blend for mommy to enjoy. (All Organic) Ingredients: peppermintleaf,  parsley leaf,  hibiscus flower,  sage leaf.  1 tea bag (1.9g). NOT FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY.  DO NOT USE if you are allergic to plants in the parsley family (Apiaceae) family, such as fennel or coriander.  The antigalactagogue herbs in Milky No More Tea are safe to use while nursing, if you are weaning or your intention is to reduce breast milk.
• MONTHLY COMFORT-  comforting and soothing blend of herbs traditionally used to help jump start recovery immediately after childbirth. (All Organic) Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Lady’s Mantle Leaf, Organic Red Raspberry Leaf, Organic Stinging Nettle  Leaf, Organic Lemon Balm Leaf, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Alfalfa Leaf

Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of hot water (212° F) over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-5 minutes.  NOTE:  If making iced tea, follow the hot tea directions. Next, cool tea and put in fridge for a few minutes till cold.  Add ice, optional.  This method will assure you have pulled all the healthy tea benefits.
