RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Alkaline Luxe offers a 10-day exchange policy on non-edible products ONLY. If your original invoice had free postage, we will deduct $10.00 for postage and handling. NO exchange or refunds offered on any products sold as a sale item or if discounts were given on the item(s).

Due to the natural aspect of our herbal products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any edible products.   NOTE: We offer store credit or exchange on “non-edible” products ONLY.


Issues With Your Order?

Check your order as soon as you receive shipment.  We are not responsible for any products/order issues 5 days after delivery date on tracking proof.  Our products are perishable and safety of our customers is important.


Alkaline Luxe will not be held responsible for any damaged packages and products delivered by the post office or any other delivery company.  We are also not responsible for any lost, stolen, held or incorrect shipping addresses (provided by the customer). The customer agrees to take any delivery issues with the shipping company with the tracking information we provide you with.

If you would like to exchange your non-edible products:

  • Please contact us to check stock availability
  • Pay the cost of shipping the items back to us via USPS or FedEx with tracking information
  • Send the item in its original packaging and conditions as stated above to:

SHIPPING

If you are located within the United States and your order is at least $200.00, you will receive FREE shipping.  By selecting this option, the order will be received in approximately 2 – 5 business days once shipped, depending on the location.

If you would like to purchase insurance on your parcel, please email us asap.

Alkaline Luxe ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Alkaline Luxe accounts and Pay Pal accounts offer the customer the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing the order online.  If the customer does not properly update the shipping address before completing the order Alkaline Luxe must be immediately emailed to see if the information can be corrected.  We take pride in preparing orders to ship to our customers as quickly as possible, so please notify us as soon as possible for corrections to be made. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. Confirmation email– Please check your Spam account as our emails occasionally end up there. If you still have not received your confirmation email it may be due to a spelling mistake when inputting your email address in to your order. If when placing your order, you received the message saying, ” Thank You For Your alkalineluxe.com Order,” then we did receive your order. Please contact our customer service team with your confirmation number and they will be able to assist in remedying any issues with your confirmation email.
