Insert one (1) Yoni Fresh suppository into the vagina as needed, preferably before bedtime for 2-7 consecutive days. If the symptoms persist, repeat for another 2-7 days. Wear a panty liner

Boric acid and its salts are found in seawater and most commonly originate in dried salt lakebeds of deserts or arid areas. It is also found in plants, including almost all fruits.
SIDE EFFECTS: Less than 10% of women experience any adverse side effects while using boric acid vaginal suppositories. The main side effect is a mild burning sensation. This can be considered normal since boric acid is more acidic than the normal vaginal secretions.
If you experience abdominal or pelvic pain, unusual vaginal bleeding, blood in the urine, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, or breathing difficulties while using Yoni Fresh, we recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor immediately.
These side effects have not been reported with the use of boric acid vaginal suppositories and could be related to a more serious existing condition.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A milky-colored, watery discharge upon waking in the morning after using a capsule is normal. Many women find that using a panty liner is helpful. The discharge is a combination of the boric acid mixed with vaginal secretions. If the woman is naturally not very moist, you might notice a tiny bit of clumping of the capsule in the vaginal canal, this is completely normal. You can pull out the excess if you choose, not required. Douching is not needed and is not recommended. Douching may, in fact, increase irritation and the risk of infection.
